Families can enjoy a fantastic time at the Richmond Park Fun Day on Sunday 28 June between 11am and 4pm.
West Lancashire Borough Council Rangers have worked with the Friends of Richmond Park to organise the fun day which will have lots of exciting activities for people of all ages and celebrate our community.
There will be bands, singers and dancers to entertain the crowds. There will also be an entertainment competition ‘Burscough’s Got Talent’ for children aged 5 and 16.
There are also great competitions for our canine friends to enter with a fun dog show so make sure you bring your dog with you!
Local schools will compete in a football competition, and there will be 'have a go' sessions at tennis and bowling, sheepdog trials as well as fairground rides and a bouncy castle.
Refreshments will be available and local community groups and traders will also have stalls on the day.
To enter the Burscough’s Got Talent competition please call 01695 570258 by 5pm on Friday 26 June.
The fun day has received funding from Burscough Parish Council. Please note parking in the local area is extremely limited and there will be no parking available at the park. People are advised to walk to the park when coming to enjoy the fun day.
