This is the scene drivers see when leaving the M58 in West Lancashire at junction 3. Edward McCarthy Knowsley Ward Conservative Candidate for 2014 says "This litter has been here since late last summer when I first reported it. I use this section of motorway often. The slip roads of Junctions 3-5 are really bad. For drivers leaving these junctions this is the first impression of West Lancashire you get, clearly looing like littering is acceptable. Litter attracts litter. I have never seen it as bad as this. I urge the Highways Agency to come and tidy these areas."
