Edward McCarthy Conservative Candidate for Knowsley Ward having contacted various bodies about litter along Dyers Lane brook, tackled the issue himself.
Edward said: "I decided to tackle the issue myself, it didn’t take long to do and I also brightened the area by way of adding a few plants. The work shows what can be achieved, and this shows what I would do if elected. Local Councillors should take pride in their area and organise projects like this."
