Burscough East Councillor Ruth Melling together with Knowsley Ward candidate for 2014 Edward McCarthy have been planting bulbs in Burscough , with support from West Lancs Social Action. The bulbs have been planted near the traffic lights by Rees Park. The project will see further tidy ups and bulb planting in parts of Burscough and Ormskirk. Please contact Cllr Melling or Edward McCarthy with suggestions for further locations or to help.
